I was a patient for 2 years had ACL and achilles tendon surgery. Therapist did a really awesome job, but had issues with front desk and manager when it came with insurance. Front desk supervisor has a huge language barrier. I dont know why she's a supervisor when she can't speak good english and office mnager doesnt know what shes doing. I was told one thing from ins and she said something else, not on the same page.
I have tried other Physical Therapists. Rik and staff are the best I have found. knowledgeable and professional.
