I've been working with Henry O. Baker for the past 10 years. I've moved all my insurance to them. They are fast, professional and always available. Vincenza and Luz are stars! I highly recommend.
From my experience this place is TERRIBLE. If you gonna use a service like this they should constantly be on top of your insurance premiums and that means if you premiums go up they should be trying to find anothe insurance company that offers a better rate. That never happened....Everytime I've called with questions all I ever got was a Front Desk Receptionst and straight to a voicemail. Then when you call your actual insurance company direct and they see that you've dealt with a Broker all they say it to contact them. So a couple of weeks ago I decided to get a quote on my own and what did I find? And insurance premium that went from 285$ To 206 with the same coverage and my comprehensive that went from 500 to 250 on both vehicles. The statement I made about them looking for the best premiums was from a statement that was made by the Insurance Rep ( Lori) when I started using this company almost 5 years ago.
